Halve Rules
Upon completion of half of the total minting, the remaining limit (lim) will be reduced by half.
For example, if the supply of INJS is 2,000,000,000 and the limit (lim) is 2000, once 1,000,000,000 INJS have been minted, the limit will be updated to 1000, and so on.
